Adriaan’s leadership has been instrumental in transforming Pragma into a premier enterprise asset management company with a distinguished clientele across the globe. As he steps down from his role, Adriaan leaves a legacy of excellence and a solid foundation upon which the company can continue to thrive. Following Adriaan’s retirement, Pragma is delighted to announce the appointment of Scott Gibson as the CEO designate. Scott brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success in the corporate world. His journey from his early days in Cape Town to his extensive career at prominent firms such as Deloitte and Dimension Data has equipped him with invaluable insights and expertise, making him an ideal candidate to lead Pragma to its next chapter. Scott’s impressive career trajectory is a testament to his leadership abilities and strategic vision. Scott has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and deliver results from his role in leading the Dimension Data listing on the London Stock Exchange to his tenure as CEO of the Britehouse Group. Upon officially assuming the CEO role on July 1st, Scott will be entrusted with building upon the strong foundation Adriaan and the Pragma leadership team laid.
