## ### What does ‘just-in-time’ learning mean?

Just-in-time learning is having access to knowledge just when you need it. It provides you with just enough information, appropriate to the task and immediately applicable.

## ### What is blended learning?

Blended learning provides a blend of learning, resources and platforms, creating a self-directed approach to learning where learners take ownership for their learning. A blend of learning can include a mix of eLearning (online modules, videos, online lectures, discussion groups, quizzes and assessment, games, etc), webinars, classroom training, role play, mentorship and workplace learning.

## LMS

A Learner Management System (LMS) or eLearning platform is a learning software designed to deliver, track and certify online courses and training.

## Elearning

Elearning allows the online delivery of training with real-time tracking of training results, optimising time and reducing costs associated with traditional learning methods.
