After two years as Chief Executive Officer, Scott Gibson has decided to step down from his role, effective 31 July 2026. During his tenure, Scott has made a meaningful contribution to Pragma, leading the business through a period of significant transformation and strengthening the foundations for sustainable growth. Under Scott’s leadership, Pragma has advanced its strategic direction, strengthened its leadership culture, and delivered sustainable improvements across the business. The company’s software business, On Key, has continued to gain momentum, supported by growing customer adoption and market confidence. Building on this foundation, Pragma recently launched Project Leap, a bold roadmap designed to strengthen its customer value proposition and accelerate the next phase of growth. The Pragma Board has initiated a formal succession process, with the appointment of a new CEO expected to be concluded by the end of 2026. To ensure continuity and stability during this period, Adriaan Scheeres, Pragma’s appointed Lead Director, will serve as Interim CEO until a new CEO takes office. Adriaan brings deep knowledge of the business, its people and its strategic direction. He will work closely with Pragma’s executive team and the Board to maintain momentum, ensure continuity and continue delivering against the company’s strategic priorities. The Board and the Pragma team thank Scott for his leadership, energy and commitment, and wish him every success in his next chapter. Pragma remains fully committed to its clients, partners and people. The company’s strategy, operations, service delivery, customer relationships and points of contact remain unchanged.
